A public transport assistant for İzmir. It answers one question: will I make the bus? Transfers included.

What it does
It combines your location, the nearest stops, your walking time to the stop and the bus's estimated arrival into a four-state answer: relax, walk fast, try your luck, missed.
Its real difference is transfers: it also answers “If I get off the ferry at Konak, will I make the 12?”

Why
İzmir has plenty of transit apps, but none answer “will I make it” directly, and none answer it for transfers.
ESHOT's live data doesn't give minutes; we compute the arrival estimate ourselves and show it as a range instead of a single number.
Status
The timetable engine, arrival estimates, walking times and the transfer assistant are ready. Estimates are being refined with daytime measurements; a mobile app is next.
